1. By default, the Company’s report is a research and testing report. It is not within the scope of qualification accreditation, is not intended for evidentiary purposes to the public, and may only be used for scientific research, teaching, internal quality control, corporate product development, and similar purposes. The test data results are limited to internal use by the specific client and are not intended to have evidentiary value for the public. The service provider assumes no economic or legal liability for the use of the test data, any direct or indirect losses arising from such use, or any legal consequences thereof. If the service provider is adversely affected due to improper use, the service provider has the right to demand compensation from the client.

2. The Company’s report is a research and testing report and shall not be used for legal purposes such as rights protection, dispute resolution, or judicial proceedings, nor for online sensationalism. In the event of such occurrences, the report shall be rendered invalid.

3. The test results of this Institute are only responsible for the sample submitted for testing and do not apply to the batch represented by the submitted sample, nor do they serve to verify the correctness or reasonableness of the methods, processes, or techniques related to the production, processing, or manufacture of the test sample.

4. The client is responsible for the representativeness of the sample and the authenticity of the sample information and materials provided. The Company assumes no related liability. If the client has any objection to the reported data, the client may submit a request for retesting within 15 working days after the report is completed.

5. Partial reproduction, unauthorized transfer, theft, fraudulent use, alteration, or any other form of tampering with the test report shall be invalid, and the Company will pursue legal liability for such actions.

6. If the submitted sample needs to be returned, the client shall promptly notify the service provider within three months after completion of all testing phases and shall bear the shipping cost for returning the sample. If the client fails to notify the service provider to retrieve the sample within three months, the service provider has the right to dispose of the submitted sample without any liability to the client regarding such disposal.

7. Unless required by relevant government authorities, laws, or courts, the Company is not required to and has no obligation to appear in court or before other authorities to testify regarding relevant results without the Company’s prior written consent. If the test results are intended to be used in court proceedings or arbitration, the customer must inform the Company of such intent before submitting the test sample. If the customer fails to do so, the Company assumes no responsibility for any losses, disputes, etc., arising therefrom, and reserves the right to claim other appropriate additional compensation.

8. The Company has the right to delegate all or part of the services to higher research institutions or partner laboratories. The customer authorizes the Company to disclose relevant customer information to such parties as necessary to better complete the services.

9. The Company shall not be liable for any failure to complete services or any other losses caused by the customer’s own errors, negligence, or breach of contract, and reserves the right to claim appropriate additional compensation.
